Settling the trust question every AI brief kept re-asking
Every AI brief reopened the same questions - trust, replacement, how much autonomy is too much - and every team answered from instinct. Most of the energy was going into what the technology could do; how it would land had nobody looking after it. So I created this three layered solution: a report, an automation that keeps it true as sentiment moves, and a skill that turns all of it into an autonomy-and-guardrails decision at the start of any AI initiative.
